Description

NorQuest College (the “College”) is inviting Vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of a Building Management System (BMS) Upgrade and Service Contract as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide an upgrade to the existing Building Management System (BMS), including Energy Management and Fault Detection, as well as a three-year service contract to support the BMS. The College believes there are significant efficiencies and cost savings that can be achieved within the scope of the Services it is seeking in this RFP.
