Description

The AER is conducting a market search for a potential vendor for the AER Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for services to commence on January 1, 2024.
AER requires an EFAP provider that leverages current innovations in delivery and services available in the marketplace so that the AER is able to provide effective services, tools and resources that assist employees to enhance their wellness across the pillars of physical, mental, financial and social wellness.
The AER provides an EFAP to its own employees 1067 as well as approximately 121 employees of the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) and 37 employees of the Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB). All full-time and part-time employees participate in the EFAP.
The Successful Respondent will be able to provide an implementation plan in order to meet our January 1, 2024 start date.
