Description

The Ministry is seeking information on current food production services available in the marketplace to gain a better understanding and up-to-date information on food service models, recognizing the effects the pandemic has had on supply chains. This includes seeking information with respect to continuing the operation of the CCFPC, as well as information on an off-site Cook Chill food service system model.

This RFI contains two possible food service models and is looking to gather information on ten (10) points for both food service models.
Scope of Work
Request for Information (RFI) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace on different food production and service models. Respondents are asked to provide the information requested in the RFI on current food production services available in the marketplace.
