The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified, eligible proponents to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Proposal Submission Guidelines and Appendices stated herein, for the Design and Supply of Six (6) Bus Shelter units.

All submissions must be received in an email clearly stating the Request for Proposal Name, Number, Closing Date and the Proponent's name and sent to the individual identified in the RFP Document. The City will ONLY accept Proposals submitted by e-mail.

This project is possible in part due to funding from the Government of Canada.

THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL SUBMISSIONS. THE LOWEST OR ANY SUBMISSION WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
