Description

This bid solicitation (W6898-240696_B) cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6898-240696 dated 2024-03-05 with a closing of 2024-03-21. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following at HMCS Queen Charlotte, Queen Charlotte Armoury and Brighton Compound:Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury:Heating season system start-up at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury;End of heating season system shut down at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury;Weekly furnace checks at Brighton Compound;Annual service and cleaning of the furnaces at Brighton Compound; andRepair services, when requested, at all facilities.The Service Contract is required for the period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025 with an option to extend for two (2) additional, one (1) year periods. The services must be provided in accordance with the Specifications attached herein.
