Description

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) intends to retain an individual consulting firm or joint venture to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the rehabilitation of building M-55.

*NOTE: The file size of the Appendices related to the Functional Program for Annex A - Project Brief is too large to be uploaded to CanadaBuys.
