Description

1.0 Title :
Mat rental Services for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba regions.

2.0 Objectives :
To provide ad hoc mat rental services to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) / Service Canada (SC) Western (W-T) region, offices located throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

3.0 Scope :
This contract is for the provision of ad hoc mat rental services for ESDC/SC offices in the W-T Region. These services also include as needed services originating in the W-T Region for delivery and cleaning of rented Mats.

Vendor expectations:
- reply service calls within 2 business days
- provide clean mats within 5 business days of request

4.0 Client Support :
Dedicated account representative required by ESDC/SC W-T Region.

5.0 Deliverables, milestone and schedule :
Contractor shall perform ad hoc mat rental as needed services.
