Description

This is Phase 2 of a two phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested proponents; the second phase (Phase 2) invites the top four ranked Proponents in Phase 1 to provide a response to Phase 2 of the RFP. All required supporting documentation and proposal submission must be submitted before September 4, 2024 by 2:00 PM EDT. All proposals submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the proposal being declared non-responsive.
