PWGSC, on behalf of Natural Resources Canada, is issuing this request for proposal for the acquisition of an environmental test facility including delivery, installation, assembly, commissioning, training and maintenance located in Varennes, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of requirement.
