Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Department of National Defense has a requirement to replace all communication systems deployed at various Department of National Defence (DND) units, such as Ground Air Ground communications, telephones, crash alarm systems, public address and hotlines between various airspace control agencies.
