Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 16, 2024 by 2PM EST. All bids submitted after 2PM EST will result in the id being declared non-responsive.
This requirement is open only to the holders of the following Supply Arrangement:EP021-192296 Professional Services.

There are no security requirements.
Proposed period of the contract:
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract with an estimated end date of May 31, 2024.
Description of the requirement

The VIA High Frequency Rail (VIA HFR) was created for the express purpose of overseeing the construction of a high frequency railway connecting Quebec city to Toronto. In support of this project, VIA HFR has mandated Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to source the necessary expertise in producing an Omnibus Market Value Study Report for land value.

This report will be used as a benchmarking tool and for internal purposes throughout the preproduction phase of the project.
