This request is forOfferors fromHotels in London, Ontario and Kingston Ontario to provide Conference Facilities and Accommodation for CCG Central Region Seasonal Vessel Officers during the period of February 5 - 9, 2024 with a Banquet to be held the evening of Wednesday 7th February and, the option to purchase for two additional years, the same package for the first full week of February 2025 and 2026 to Department of Fisheries and Oceans – Canadian CoastGuard.Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.

AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-12-7 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
