Description

The Public Health Agency of Canada requires a Contractor to provide information and data on the paediatric population at multiple hospital sites in Canada for Stream 1. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period of two years with the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one additional five-year period. There are security requirements and proof of insurance associated with this bid solicitation.
