Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for consultant services for detailed design and construction services for dewatering the canal locks for inspection and maintenance. Construction will occur over two winter closure seasons of the Canal. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Marine Engineering discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: Wood Canada Ltd., CBCL Ltd., GEMTEC, and SHM Canada Consulting. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
