Description

AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2022-12-05 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive DFO requires assessment of the environmental drivers of subsurface nutrient variability at the interannual and interdecadal scales. The overarching goal is to understand how basin and regional scale changes in Atlantic circulation and associated nutrient conditions are affecting the availability of surface nutrients available for phytoplankton production on the Scotian Shelf. This work support DFO’s Species at Risk Program’s (SARP) Recovery Potential Assessment for North Atlantic right whale.
