Description

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on March 15th 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the study of the phenomenology of the optical and infrared signals from chemical and biological material for Valcartier Research Center, as detailed in Annex A.
