Description

The City of Lethbridge requires a COR certified contractor under contract to provide a cost effective and efficient method of performing ice plant services and project work in a timely manner and within the pricing structure agreed upon. Maintenance and service work will be done as requested. Ice plant start-ups and shutdowns will be on a planned scheduled basis in coordination with Facility Services and Community Services.
The successful contractor is to provide labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the maintenance, upgrades, renewals, and new installation at the City of Lethbridge’s ice plants. The service of this contract encompasses sub-contracting of necessary trades and design consultants. To ensure the performance and quality of work is done in a timely and safe manner.
• The term of the contract will be a fixed five (5) year term
