Mandatory Site Visit

Proponents shall schedule and attend a mandatory site and information meeting no later than Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory site and information meeting shall result in the Proponent's ineligibility to submit a Proposal. A Proposal submitted by an ineligible Proponent shall be found non-compliant and disqualified. Mandatory site and information meetings shall be scheduled by contacting the Purchasing Agent.
