Description

SD36 is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to obtain the best value for the supply and delivery of New Portable Classrooms for various locations throughout our district.

SD36’s intent is to award a contract to the three top-ranked proponents. The top-ranked proponent will be identified as the “Primary Supplier”, the second-ranked proponent will be identified as the “Secondary Supplier”, and the third-ranked proponent will be identified as the “Third Supplier”.

The Primary Supplier will be given the first opportunity to supply the Deliverables, if and when required by SD36. If the Primary Supplier is unable to supply all or part of the requested Deliverables by the required delivery deadline, SD36 may obtain the remaining Deliverables from the Secondary Supplier and, if the Secondary Supplier is unable to supply all or part of the requested Deliverables by the required delivery deadline, SD36 may obtain the remaining Deliverables from the Third Supplier.
