Description

The Village of Burns Lake (VBL) is seeking proposals from qualified persons and companies for the design, supply, delivery and installation of suitable playground equipment at Radley Beach (Spirit Square) located at 110 Park St, Burns Lake, BC, V0J 1E0; the current playground will be removed by the Village of Burns Lake. Further details can be found in Schedule B – Scope of Work and Deliverables. The VBL may, among the submissions received, deal or negotiate with any party as the VBL sees fit, and with more than one such party concurrently. In no event will the VBL be required to offer any modified terms to any other party. The VBL shall incur no liability to any person as a result of such negotiations or modifications.
