This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the School District No. 79 (Cowichan Valley) (“The School District”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified bidders and experienced build teams to construct, deliver and commission two modular classrooms at Frances Kelsey Secondary School (“the Projects.”).
