Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:

Suttle Recreation Inc.
Unit # 1 - 5550 East Hastings Street
Burnaby, BC V5B 1R3

Summary and Details:
In 2014, the City entered into a supply and install contract with Suttle Recreation Inc., for bleachers at Caledonia Park.

In 2022, through an awarded contract to Suttle Recreation Inc., these bleachers were moved to Serauxmen Stadium and split into two (2) sections for seating at the 1st and 3rd
The thirty (30) meters on the 1st base foul line installed by Suttle Recreation Inc. requires structural upgrades to ensure compliance to code regarding seismic as well as occupant loading.
