Request for Proposals
for
2023 CAPT AYRE LAKE SKIDDED WASHROOM
(N.W. 30-38-5-W4M)
The M.D. of Provost No. 52 is currently accepting proposals for the provision of a skidded washroom/showerhouse at Capt Ayre Lake (N.W. 30-38-5-W4M).
Scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
• Provision of necessary staff and equipment.
• Construction and delivery of a 16’ x 52’ skidded washroom/showerhouse to the site located at Capt Ayre Lake, Alberta in accordance with the specifications as listed in Appendix A.
Successful proposals will include the following:
1. Company profile, including equipment and staff inventories necessary to indicate an ability to complete the scope of work as specified.
2. A demonstrated ability to complete the scope of work requested in its entirety, within the timelines specified.
3. Not less than two references that will verify capacity, ability, and quality of work and demonstrate both experience in the application of the indicated product and municipal experience.
4. A definitive cost estimate, presented in whichever fashion the proponent considers adequate, reflective of their business and billing practices, and provides acknowledgment and recognition of the noted scope of work.
NOTE: All proponents are required to attend an on-site meeting at Capt Ayre Lake on January 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. MST.

Please Note: Faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 NOON on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 and considered by the Council of the M.D. of Provost No. 52 on Thursday, January 26, 2023 during the course of its regular meeting. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and will be returned unopened to the proponent(s).
Proposals will be weighted as follows:
Cost Estimate: 30%
Company Profile and Experience: 40%
References: 30%
Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion.
