Description

The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is soliciting proposals for software support and maintenance for their DocuWare document management software. This implementation of DocuWare includes multiple custom workflows that have been configured to facilitate the Legislative Assembly’s expense approval processes. The successful Proponent must be able to begin providing support and maintenance on October 16th, 2022. The successful Proponent must be an Authorized DocuWare Partner and capable of administering timely updates to the Legislative Assembly’s DocuWare software.

In addition to regular support and maintenance, the successful Proponent must be available to provide additional support should the Legislative Assembly need to develop a new DocuWare workflow or modify an existing workflow.
