The objective of this RFP is to solicit qualified consultants to perform “Commercial/Municipal Building Condition Assessments (BCA)” for the following buildings:
1) Kinosoo Ridge Resort Chalet Building: 63231 Range Road 411 (Legal Land Location NE-12-63-1-W4), AB;
2) Municipal Administration Building: 4905 50 Avenue, Bonnyville, AB;
3) Public Works – Shop & Office Building: 61330 Range Road 455, Bonnyville, AB; and
4) Public Safety– Shop & Office Building: 61326 Range Road 455, Bonnyville, AB.
