Description

The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work to install new modular classroom additions at the three schools. Each school will be tendered individually, and there could be three different contractors.
This tender is for:
.1 Westpark Middle School is located at 3310 55 Avenue, Red Deer.
.2 Will receive 4 new modular classrooms - 1 A unit, and 3 B units. The scope of work will include renovating existing 2 a modular units to attach two of the new B units.
.3 The new units to be delivered with sprinklers.
.4 Modus drawings for reference: Modus Drawings .
.5 Contractor is responsible for the installation, and connection of the new modular classrooms.
.6 Bids shall be prepared and submitted and the bidding process shall be administered in accordance with these bidding requirements.
.7 Refer to Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work for requirements pertaining to Contract Time and Scope.
