22-1566 - Wheel-to-Wheel Fuel Services

1) This RFP is open to all interested Suppliers.
2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a supplier capable of providing Wheel to Wheel Fuel delivery servicers to various locations and end users within The City’s geographical boundaries on a prescheduled or on demand basis. The City requires a Supplier capable of transporting fuel throughout Calgary’s geographical boundaries with equipment that can safely navigate congested areas, such as parkades, alley ways and other tight spaced or construction areas to support integral operations that utilize a variety of fuel types as outlined below:
• Marked Diesel
• Unmarked Diesel, including CP43
• Unleaded Gasoline
When services are required, The City will reach out to the Suppliers dedicated point of contact to collaborate on each order requirement to ensure order accuracy prior to delivery.
3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations
4) “Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The Deliverables are included in one (1) schedule. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a term two (2) year. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
