Description

On behalf of Fraser Health Authority (FHA), (the "Purchaser"), Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) invites interested suppliers to submit quotations ("Quotations") for the supply of the services described in Appendix A for an initial term of one (1) year with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The anticipated start date is September 2, 2022.
