Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking qualified supplier to supply and deliver bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid and Diesel Exhaust Fluid totes on an as if and when required basis
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, three(3) times for two(2) years each time. The potential total term contract length is seven (7) years.
