The purpose of this RFP is to select proponents(s) to supply paper towel dispensers and paper towel refills as listed in the scope of work, to be used across ECSD at various projects and replacements when needed. This RFP is intended to provide proponents with information such that the pricing information included in any proposal will be accurately priced to reflect goods proposed by the proponent in its performance of the work, including:

• Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process;
• ECSD's evaluation criteria in reviewing proposals;
• A general description of the goods;
