Description

The District will accept applications on an ongoing basis until all of the available licences have been awarded. The first round of applications will be accepted on or before 2:00pm (Pacific Time) Thursday, February 10, 2022.

The District is intending to continue its Mobile Vending program that will:

• Enhance a vibrant community environment;
• Provide a reliable and consistent level of service to residents and visitors to the District;
• Provide a variety of quality food and beverages at reasonable prices;
• Ensure that the community's right of choice is recognized and preserved.

The District is primarily interested in providing permits to Operators providing food services. However, the District will consider applications from Operators who are interested in selling products other than food (e.g. Paddle Board Rentals or Mobile Flower Vendors).

The intention of the District is to enter into up to four (4) separate mobile vending permits with Operators: one permit per Site.
