Description

1) This RFQ is open to all interested Suppliers.
2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a supplier capable of the Supply & Installation of Decaling and various Signage onto City owned vehicles and Equipment on an as required basis. When required, The City will approach the Supplier with project specification in order to obtain quotes for each project as well as materials when requested.
3) This process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4) It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The City intends to enter into up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
