Description

This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary is seeking respondents capable of the supply and delivery of Rail Lubricator Grease to be utilized by The City’s Light Rail Transit Infrastructure.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
