Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Construction Management Services for the following re-development projects at RDP in Red Deer, AB:
1. 800 Wing Mechanical Room Roof and CHP Support Structure Project (“Project A”)
2. Room 1439 Containment Level 2 Biology Lab (“Project B”)
3. Window Replacement (“Project C”)

A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for October 15, 2021 at 10:00 hours MT. Proponents intending to be present are requested to complete Appendix B: Site Visit, two (2) business days prior to the site visit. A limit of two (2) representatives per firm will be permitted.

Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction 2010, and Amendments and Supplementary Conditions to Standard CCDC 5B-2010 Construction Management Contract – For Services and Construction and Supplementary General Conditions (June 2012), with only one (1) legal entity. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on February 15, 2022.
