Description

This Request for Bids opportunity is for prospective bidders to be a part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Propane for the province of Ontario.

Propane delivered under the VOR arrangement will be used to heat buildings and water at various locations across the province.

Vendors will be required to provide bulk storage tanks for the duration of the agreement along with the delivery of the propane into the storage tanks.
Scope of Work
This VOR arrangement will be available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to non-OPS entities in accordance with the provisions of the Form of Agreement .

The province has been divided into 20 geographic zones and bidders may bid on one or more zones. Each zone contains multiple delivery locations.

The selected Bidders(s) will be required to enter into an Agreement with the Ministry for the provision of the Deliverables of this RFB.
