Description

HMMS believes that the following procurement qualifies as a sole source or single source procurement. The purpose of this Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to determine if there are other proponents capable of meeting the requirements of the procurement for the following service for HMMS, on behalf of LHSC Victoria Hospital Power Plant:

Manufacturer: Emerson
Brand Name: DeltaV Distributed Control System
Purpose: To maintain the physical system and system integrity – refer to Section 3 – Technical Requirements

HMMS, on behalf of LHSC, is looking to establish a partnership with a company that qualifies to provide ongoing service for upgrading and supporting an existing Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS), at LHSC’s Victoria Hospital Power Plant. This service may include, but is not limited to, routine diagnostics, system installations & configurations, system updates, replacement parts, software patch management, critical data backup and implementation of cyber security measures. The proposed contract term is three (3) years.
