Purpose of the Request for Quotation is to select a proponent to supply White Bond Paper 8 1/2 x 11, 24,000 packages, as a one time drop shipment to ECSD main facility warehouse. This RFQ is intended to provide proponent(s) with information such that the pricing included in any proposal will accurately reflect the requirements of ECSD with respect to:
- Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process
- ECSD's evaluation criteria and method in reviewing bids
- Key dates related to this RFQ
