Description

The intent of this Pre-Qualification Call is to develop a list of pre-qualified Hazardous Materials Abatement Contractors who may wish to bid on Mount Royal’s projects as opportunities present themselves over the “Validity Period for Pre-Qualified Status” starting calendar year 2021 and ending 2022 which may be extended for an additional three (3) one year term up to 2025.

This pre-qualification process involves submission by Contractors seeking pre-qualification of general information pertaining to company profile, financial and historical information, ownership, project specific pre-qualification criteria, contract references, health & safety and environmental.

It is Mount Royal’s intent to determine the suitability of Contractors on the basis of the information provided in their pre-qualification response, who have considerable experience working in Institutional and Post-secondary Educational and/or user occupied environment. Selected Contractors must be able to work in a project team environment with representatives of Mount Royal, its architects and engineers, when applicable.
