Description

This RFQ will establish a Supply Arrangement for the rental of various multifunction devices and printers.
The Supply Arrangement will commence upon execution and continue for three (3) years, unless terminated earlier. The Province may extend the Supply Arrangement for up to thirty-six (36) additional months.

For the duration of the Supply Arrangement, Purchasers may issue Purchase Orders to Vendors for the rental of Goods. Each Purchase Order shall be effective for the period set out in that Purchase Order, including optional extensions, and the terms and conditions of the Supply Arrangement shall continue to apply to the Purchase Order until the expiration or termination of that Purchase Order. Rental terms will be no longer than three (3) years with an optional up to three (3) years extension.
