Detailed Description* This Request for Bids is an invitation to Autodesk Canada authorized Gold or Platinum Resellers to submit Bids for the provision of AutoDesk Maintenance Subscription (Basic) for AutoCAD and AEC Collection Software Suites
Scope of Work
Scope of Work* The acquisition of AutoDesk Maintenance Subscription for AutoCAD and AEC Collection Software Suite Annual Renewals:
a) For Twelve Months – covering June 30, 2021 to June 29, 2022. Extension options are as described in Section 1.1.20 under “Qualification Envelope” and as described in section 2.1.8 under “Commercial Envelope” of this RFB.
b) A Basic Maintenance Subscription for the AutoCAD and AEC Collection Software Suites (provided by AutoDesk) includes the following:
i. Access to software updates and enhancements (bug fixes, patches, upgrades)
ii. Access to an expedited online user-community support forum. Forum posts that are not responded to by the user-community are escalated to the Autodesk product support team if the user-community does not respond to the question within 24 hours. And, Autodesk will follow-up on any posts not marked as completed.
iii. Access to one-to-one Autodesk support for issues requiring privacy.
iv. Access to Autodesk online support, including a knowledge base with help documents, tutorials, training videos, and an extensive collection of Autodesk technical solutions and community support forum threads.
