INVITATION TO TENDER: TENDER 2021-06 NEWSLETTER
Clear Hills County is inviting Tenders for:
• Printing monthly Clear Hills County newsletters, and
• Mailing monthly Clear Hills County newsletters on behalf of the County:
Newsletter specifications:
• Newsprint
• Color
• Booklet style
• Finished Booklet size to be approximately 20 x 26 centimeters (8 by 10.5 inches)
• 2 staples in the fold
• Quantity:1120 copies
• Pages: in multiples of 8, newsletters are 24-48 pages
Timelines:
• The County will provide a .pdf version of each monthly newsletter for printing.
• Delivery of proof by email will be at a time agreed to between successful bidder and the County to achieve getting the newsletters printed and mailed so newsletter at the beginning of the month.
Mailing requirements:
• 1022 newsletters are mailed out by Canada Post Neighborhood Mail Delivery that provides coverage of all mailboxes at five separate mailbox locations.
o Door to door mail delivery is not available in Clear Hills County.
• 88 newsletters are mailed with address labels and individual postage. The labels are affixed directly to the back page of the newsletter.
• 10 newsletters will be mailed to Clear Hills County.
• Canada Post postage costs for the Canada Post Neighborhood Mail Delivery, and labelled mail will be invoiced to the County on the monthly invoice at cost.

Faxed or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
Clear Hills County does not recommend using Courier Services, as service to the County office is very limited and there is no guarantee the tender will arrive on time.
Tenders will be opened on March 9, 2021 at 9:35 a.m. at a regular council meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers. Clear Hills County reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders.
