This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number MA021-200030 dated December 12, 2020 with a closing of January 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. AST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Marine Atlantic Inc. has a requirement for the provision of printing services for a variety of paper products and standardized forms to replenish inventory on an as-required basis.

All materials will be delivered to Marine Atlantic, North Sydney Warehouse, 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, Nova Scotia B2A 0B9.

The Standing Offer is for a period of two year upon award; with two option periods:

Option Period 1 for two years; and Option Period 2 for one year.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority, linda.k.richard@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca, no later than five calendar days before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date.

Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
