2020-1573 - Computer Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management System

The District is collecting submissions from qualified and experienced proponents to provide an EAM solution for its Facilities Services Branch. Complete life cycle management of our facilities, fleet and asset inventory and management, work order management and reports, project scheduling and budget management, as well as the scheduling of trades are just a few aspects of the EAM solution required. The District currently utilizes a basic web-based Computerized Maintenance Management System ("CMMS") system with no asset management and limited reporting, and has identified a requirement to enhance the District's capability set and, possibly, replace the current system.

The intent of this RFP is to use the information provided by Proponents to review the various software and support solutions available to the District. The District has formulated the procedure set out in this RFP to ensure that it receives Proposals through a "Best Value" approach that emphasizes the values emphasized of quality, capability, service, past performance, and price.
