Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (the "Health Authority"), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a purchase as per attached Notice of Intent.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Dale Johnston, Senior Buyer, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, December 21, 2020. PHSA will review all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
