Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being issued by Ontario Health to procure technical escalation support services for the MicroStrategy environment as follows.

MicroStrategy environment support: provide escalation tier support for Production and Development environments including all components contained therein. Escalation would be from Ontario Health technical teams for issues that cannot be resolved internally. There would be no need to interact directly with end users, interaction will be with Technical Staff.
