Description

1. This Request for Proposals is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the printing and installation of custom banners, to support The City’s Centre City Banner Program (“Banner Program”). The Banner Program requires various banners to be produced through digital printing (Category A) in addition to installation (Category B) on various bridges and other sites throughout the centre city.

The City intends to enter into two (2) Agreements, one (1) for each category for the provision of the Deliverables:
-Category A – Digital Printed Banners
-Category B – Banner Installation

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal,
legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct
commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreements will be for an initial Term of one (1) year with option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
