Description

The City is looking for a qualified insurance broker with public entity experience, to provide the Insurance Program related services (exclusive of the Employee Benefit Program). The objective is for the City to obtain the optimum range of coverage and services in the most cost-effective manner possible. Coverage requirements include: (a) Commercial General Liability including Public Entity Management Liability (broader than D&O) (b) Excess Liability (c) Property (d) Machinery Breakdown (e) Crime (f) Cyber & Data Breach (g) Automobile Fleet (h) Garage (i) Environmental Impairment Liability (j) Transit Fleet (k) E&O/Professional Liability/Medical Malpractice for City Paramedics (l) Terrorism (m) Facility user group & special event self-insurance access (e.g. Instant Risk Coverage)
