Description

The Haisla Nation invites proposals from qualified consultants or firms to develop an Official Community Plan (OCP) that aligns with the vision and objectives of the Haisla Nation, building upon existing planning frameworks such as the Comprehensive Community Plan and Land Use Plan. This OCP will serve as a strategic, long-term guiding document for sustainable development and growth within Haisla Nation territories, incorporating a capital plan to prioritize and schedule infrastructure investments and planning for the future state of both reserve and non-reserve lands.
