Description

Cultus Lake Park (The Park) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (Proponents) in response to this request for proposals (RFP) for the provision of renovating Washroom #5 and #10 located at Sunnyside Campground. The washrooms are open-air ventilated, cinder block facilities. The buildings were built in the mid 1980’s. The project is focused on renovating and updating the interior of these two facilities and updating the exterior of the building.

A MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting for proponents will be held on November 19 2024, at 1:00pm at the following location: Sunnyside Campground 3405 Columbia Valley Rd, Cultus Lake, BC V2R 5A3 (meet at entrance) Proponents are requested to provide details on the number and names of individuals attending to Carly Volk by email no later than November 18, 2024 at 4:00pm
