FOOD SERVICES (Includes Cafeteria Services)

St. Thomas University is issuing this Request for Proposals to operate University
foodservice operations.
This opportunity includes one dining hall (essential service to residence students) and on
campus retail foodservice outlets, conferences (and associated kitchen/equipment) and
catering.
